Financial Information

Payment is due in full at the time of services rendered. You will receive a 10% discount when you pay at the time of service with a check or cash. We offer a variety of payment methods so that a plan can be made to fit your needs. We know that dental care can be a major investment, and financial considerations should not be an obstacle to getting the smile that you want or the treatment you need.

For your convenience we accept cash, personal checks, VISA and MasterCard.

​​If you have dental insurance, we will print out the forms to be sent to the insurance carrier. Please remember that insurance is a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor and is not a substitute for payment. The patient should pay the doctor and the insurance company should pay the patient. We know that questions can arise on insurance matters, and these should be discussed with our receptionist. We will be happy to help you receive your maximum benefits.

We confirm all appointments 48 hours in advance. If at any time you need to reschedule or change your appointment, 24 hours notice is required, or a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be billed.
